These are serious allegations, and here in the West, you would see some type of a trial with medical evidence presented by both sides in the case. A verdict would then be rendered, then possibly appealed. Only after the conclusion of the legal process would it be POSSIBLE -- depending on the fairness of the trial -- to declare "confirmation" of one's guilt or innocence.

Good question, I guess it have been medical experts, the doctors in the hospital where these two persons went, who confirmed the injuries.

Serbs really made it extremely hard to believe anything they say anymore. I highly doubt brutal beating took place since Serbians themselves said "no serious injuries on any Serbs have been reported yet he has been beaten brutally in the groin". That contradicts itself based on what Serbs are saying. If it is true but the slightest chance that it did happen those KPS members should be dealt with. Everyone deserves justice even though Serbs have not been honest with their neighbors ever since they started killing everyone around.

After 13 years of EU supervision they can’t trust the Albanians to hold a proper trial because these people are loyal to their clans and family first and anyone they hate is guilty no matter what. How many times have these savages arrested Serbs only to have the EU intervene and release them?
You can’t train these people to do anything right. Look at Albanian itself – a sink hole that today still has revenge killings i.e. an eye for an eye.

I see it as singular comment, but I agree, just like Serbs (most, not all of them) have been 'cured' of their idea of creating a 'greater Serbia' on the expense of other countries/regions, some Albanians need to learn this message for their 'greater Albania' illusion, too.

Can we see them? All this talk and no pictures. A picture is worth a thousand words. Make sure the pictures are time stamped as well. When the Serb army beat us on the way to school we made sure everyone saw the pictures and video and presented the evidence. Lets see the same from the Serbs. If these really happened I urge the Serbs to show evidence. It would help make Kosova a better society. The pressure to get rid of those who would have done it would result in a better police force.
