Tadic is no longer in power, so that a policy of continuous conditioning of Serbia, will not be good. A compromise must be found and recognize the interests of the Serbian.

Because more delaying and demanding increases EU skepticism amongst Serbs - you could see it in the last few months. It was not only because the EU (better say: Euro-Zone) has some internal problems.

EU official believe that without EU access, the trouble in the Balkans will never stop. The same goes for Kosovo, though this 'country' is light years away from any democratic and European standards, not to mention EU standards. You can compare Kosovo with Afghanistan: A country in the hands of a bunch of former warlords and drug mafia groups (which are often the same) who think they own the state and don't care about democracy, human rights and fair elections.

Conditions are productive mr. minister, societies are built on this concept.

Good behavior -> praise / treat
Bad (deviant) --> conditions / punishment

EA, is that going to be your eye, or are you volunteering Albanian eyes of people that actually live in the Balkans? You are an internet warrior, that does nothing but voice an opinion on a Serbian news site. Do you really think your threats will be acknowledged? EA, if you really want to help your Albanian brothers and sisters, go to Presevo, and put your own eye at stake. But for some reason, I have the feeling that you do not have the balls, for an eye. As for the monument, it will go down, and the West will tell the Albanians to stand down. Keep in mind who really calls the shots for the Albanians.

I'm sure some smart EU guys will find a solution for the EU access of non-recognized pseudo-state of Kosovo, perhaps in the form of some entity?
(Comm. Parrisson, 12 January 2013 13:41)

If that is the case, how is that worse for 95 % of the people there than what Belgrade wants? What'd be better ; entity within EU or entity within Belgrade within EU. Worst case scenario the middle man ( Belgrade) has been cut. So whatever EU funds Kosova gets, Belgrade cannot get its paws on it. Even in this case, this beats all kinds of BS resolutions Belgrade can come up with.

Being in the EU would do Serbia NO good. The EU is a sinking ship. Start looking to the BRIC countries instead. That's where the future is.

Under Milosevic time in Kosovo Albo walk free.
Under Tachi & NATO Serbs is not permited to go in Kosovo, if they go, Serb must go first to the police, court, hospital is last place, like wk. ago
Counting condition given to the Serbs statistic say this is one of 225.

"Strict RECIPROCITY in every aspect ie treatment of minorities...transport of goods, movement of politicians...., plans for demolishing monuments....eye for eye."
(EA, 12 January 2013 13:55)

What about strict reciprocity regarding vandalizing cemeteries, desecrating churches and holy sites, looting monasteries, stoning cars and buses of travelers?

Anyone with a bit of brain knows what Serbia needs to do before joining the EU. Serbian politicians know damn good BUT have no guts to tell to Serbia people. Serbia with this silly platform (s) will make the talks even more difficult, I believe purely to gain time and strengthen its position...BUT...it will not get anywhere.

Albanians in Kosovo needs very strong nerves to deal with Serbian games...Strict RECIPROCITY in every aspect ie treatment of minorities...transport of goods, movement of politicians...., plans for demolishing monuments....eye for eye.
