That's your opinion, EA. You know darn well what Serbia has been saying all along, is this a surprise for you. No recognition of an independent Albanian KiM, and autonomy for N. KiM from Pristina. The Serbs in the North want nothing to do with the Albanians, because they do not recognize their UDI. Why is that hard for you to understand? You can call it technical, political, or whatever, but that's the facts, Jack. Maybe you feel that the Albanian cops should be allowed to beat up and torture Serbs in N. KiM too.

When Serbia starts asking recognition of "autonomy" for northern Kosovo and "no independence recognition of Kosovo" then it becomes non-technical issue / political.
