First of all EU dosn't give a shit about serbia or kosovo, they want peace in the region. So they know Albanians want rest unless they at least keep Kosovo. And they know that Serbia wont recognize it, but as long as serbia wants to be in EU it has to accept Kosovo, they ask serbs for at least to talk, as a sign of good faith and little by little at least agree that Kosovo is free.

He knows that the people wont accept the loss of Kosovo and he tries to make people believe that Kosovo is still serbia but just not exactly in their hands.
And he knows that he needs to be in the EU and he knows that he can't take Northern Mitrovica because the borders are already sett and the EU dosn't accept that. So he tries to at least not leave it to the albanians by trying to gain som sort of autonomy for them in the north so they would be satisfied a bit.

A must for whom? Not for the Serbian people. Maybe for his campaign financing but the Serbian people do not benefit from anything Dhaciq does in Brussels.
Since Euro America wants these Talks, then they should order their Puppets to remove the Monument to Evil that the KLA have built in Southern Serbia.
Serbia should just delay these Anti Serbian Talks with the Albanian Leaders in Pristina for as long as possible; because, this works in Serbia’s favour.
In a normal country Dacic would be arrested for making such treasonous statements as Prime Minister. But the Balkans is of course a jungle where politicians betray their own ideology to fit the 'discourse' of the time in order to save their cushioned chairs.
And that's all that is really in play here. Serbs wont live worse off if 'negotiations' with organ extracting occupiers ended today, investors don't give a damn about these negotiations... only Dacic would lose a little extra cushion from his chair. And since he is walking around with too much as it is, I don't see the problem. But of course he does, he would give in to the occupiers taking municipalities in Belgrade if his chair was involved.
