"Tabloidization" threatens real news

I hope Serbia doesn't follow the British model of reducing news to brainless celebrity trash.

Stupidities, gossip and PR for depraved western sexual life styles is not our main problem in Serbia, a country run by some 1.800 western funded and since 20 years, heavily entrenched NGO´s from top to bottom.

Since "freedom of speech" usually is owned and interpreted by the Veran Matić/George Soros cult, THAT is what threatens and gags "real" (true) news in this country. A best case scenario would be those gentlemen, the NED and other foreign agents having a 20% say (ownership) and 80% to ordinary honest citizens of Serbia

I live in the US, where this problem also exists, of course, but not to the degree that it does in Serbia. Journalism in the US is definitely pretty bad these days -- especially outlets like Fox and local news channels -- but in Serbia, it barely seems to exist. I regularly see articles whose stories are blatantly presented without facts or proper context. This has an extremely damaging effect on society in the long run -- especially one struggling to get past yet another turbulent period in its history.

From my perspective, it takes but a nano second to spot the appalling lack of quality -- and therefore credibility -- in Serbian media nowadays, and mind you, I'm neither a journalist myself nor someone with a particularly keen eye for these things.
