Suspect arrested on suspicion of planning terror attack

A suspect was arrested in the town of Mostar, in Bosnia-Herzegovina, along with 1.68 kilograms of highly powerful TNT explosives, it has been announced.

Kalifornija, that's a pretty blinkered comment. It only takes a minute to look at the news and see bombings/attempted attacks in Northern Ireland, Syria, Azerbaijan-Aremenia, Turks-Kurds etc.

Given there was full scale war in the Balkans less than 20 years ago, which was left pretty much unresolved, they aren't doing badly.

Do people EVER get tired of ethnic conflicts and warfare in the Balkans? What is it with all the hatred that exists there? I have never seen this anywhere, asides from the Arabs and Jews. What exactly is it that some of these people want? They all seem to have enough land to live on, what is the problem? Why blow stuff up?

I feel it's the more powerful countries using them as pawns against each other.
