That food looks so good...hope all my Serb friends enjoy their holiday.
Hope we Albanian's and Serbs everywhere can live with one another and stop this hate...

When reading comments on this site or forum it got me thinking that even though I'm non -Christian and when it comes to the Christmas season the thing is that in my hometown (Fredericton,New Brunswick,Canada) there's a toy drive held every year at the Regent Mall (Fredericton's largest mall) where someone donates an unwrapped packaged toy(s) to the organizer where it's taken somewhere where Fredericton area kids who hail from needy families can pick out some toy for christmas that their parents normally can't afford. If necessary to point out but last December (December 2012 of course) I donated a package containing just one die cast vehicle and a package of NHL (National Hockey League) cards to the organizer(s) of this event held at Regent Mall every year or so.

It's very nice to see these ancient rituals. The breaking of the christmas bread reminds me of Eid al-Fitr and brings back very happy childhood memories.

A very merry christmas to all orthodox Christs!

Great post! It's truly beautiful when people of different beliefs can still come together and enjoy what each other celebrate. One of my best friends' name is Fikret. He is always over on the holidays I celebrate, as I am over to his home on his.
