Negotiations on reintroduction of visas for Serbian citizens have become so complicated that the EU has postponed them, daily Večernje novosti writes.

So, it's all about the gypsies, basically.

Canada introduced visas for Czech Republic because too many Roma were applying for refugee status and some Schengen countries want to reintoduce visas for Serbia because of the same reason.

These countries need to amend their refugee policies for people from safe countries rather than putting barriers for everyone because of a few (or even a lot) of bad apples.

What's more expensive? Paying wages to 1000s of fake refugees while their claims are settled or hiring a few extra hundred judges to make the process to say "no" faster (and maybe the very rare 'yes')? Maybe also keep them in holding while their case is quickly decided.
