“Platform without talks won’t solve problems”

Perhaps Kosovo should have it's own Platform and see how talks work out then, when it conflicts with Serbia's 'platform'.

Serbia doesn't understand what talks mean.....STRICT reciprocity is the way forward with Serbia.....

I hate to say it but the serb PM understands the conflict a bit better than the rest of serb leaders....

o well, you seem to understand finally that Prishtina decides who can come or not to Kosova.

Nikolic was warned last time he visited as a "private" citizen not to engage in political bs. However he did not. So he is right there is a reality in the ground and that is he needs permission to viisit a foreign country.
