“Platform without talks won’t solve problems”

Serbian PM Ivica Dačić has noted that the platform on Kosovo by itself cannot solve the Kosovo problem unless talks with the Priština government are resumed.

Dačić stated that the decision of the Priština interim government to impose a ban on Serbian President Tomislav Nikolić’s visit to Kosovo to mark Orthodox Christmas was not a good move and that it would not contribute to mutual understanding and the Belgrade-Priština dialogue.


o well, you seem to understand finally that Prishtina decides who can come or not to Kosova.

Nikolic was warned last time he visited as a "private" citizen not to engage in political bs. However he did not. So he is right there is a reality in the ground and that is he needs permission to viisit a foreign country.
