Isn't it ironic, that Putin has just signed a decree granting Depardeau Russian citizenship because he does not want to pay taxes in France. And when Russia condemned the "horrific" plight of Serbs in North Kosovo that did not want to pay taxes to Pristina and Russia 100%supported those people an pledged to stand behind them, so they decided to petition for Russian citizenship, He responded that it was impossible DUE TO THE RUSSIAN CONSTITUTION.
Sounds to me that Serbs are not really welcome in their "brother's" house.
