Which reality? That Kosovo is not Serbia but more or less independent? That Kosovo is not a recognized stated, but a disputed territory? That the idea of creating a democratic, multi-ethnic Kosovo failed? That Kosovo is ruled by criminal gangs? That the majority of Albanians don't want to be part of Serbia, for good reasons? That the majority of Serbs in the north don't want to be part of a state called Kosovo, for similar reasons? Many realities to consider...
(Comm. Parrisson, 4 January 2013 18:56)

Hey comm parrisson, there's defiantly no disputing one thing.. And that would be, Serbia has & never will again be in control of anything, within Kosova! There's no dispute about that fact whatsoever! However, don't be in such a rush! Maybe us Kosovar's, might just wanna reintegrate with Serbia, one more time? If your leaders are really willing to make some minor concessions, to us little Albanians! Who knows, we might just be able to come to some kind of agreement! I'm sure you know about Presevo, Medvedja, a Bujonovac? Hey commy, would you happen to know if us Albanians would be the largest minority within Serbia, if this were to materialize? My math is not so good, and maybe you could help me with this one?

And did I mention Serbia will collapse and all her minorities will be liberated and self determination will prevail as always.

I am sure that the 98 countries plus the ones on the verge of recognizing will suddenly stop and say "oh Serbia is claiming Kosovo as its own, we must rerethink this" There is no new reality, Serbia has not changed anything other than they have made it official that they want nothing to do with the Albanian population in Kosovo. Hmmm, now that you mention it wasn't that the official stance of Milosevic?
So, maybe the world will see the reality on the ground in Kosovo. After a bombing, many UN resolutions, years of talks and promises of a future in the EU, Serbia still wants the land and not the people of Kosovo, same as in the 90's.

"That the idea of creating a democratic, multi-ethnic Kosovo failed? That Kosovo is ruled by criminal gangs? "

I've always wondered what multi ethnic actually means. I can only assume it means different ethnicities living within the same laws of the same state. Well, in Kosova we have various ethnic groups, Croats, Turks, Roma, Egyptian, Gorani...and of course Serbs and Albanians. The first 5 are so small in numbers, that combined, they do not make a total of 5% of the whole population. Yet despite that, they still have reserved seats in the K. Parliament. So I'd say that creating a multi-ethnic state, has been done.
as for Kosova being ruled by criminal gangs, well, i've always thought that certain elements of EULEX are dodgy and I'm glad you agree. No matter what our Parliament passes for law, it has to be approved by them, so yes, we have masters, but unlike our previous ones, they don't have a whip to lash us with.

Another attempt to turn reality around. Reality is that over 90 percent of the people who live in Kosovo are so-called 'Kosovo-Albanians'. The exact number is somewhere around 93%. None of those ever want to be under Serbian rule ever again. Remember, they made real bad experiences (to put it mildly) every time that happened in the past. Serbia never asked them, and obviously doesn't care if they want to be ruled by Serbia. Kostunica changed the Serb constitution in a last minute attempt in 2006, and Kosovo was included in it. Kosovars were not even asked about what they preferred or if they wanted to be under Serbian rule.

And now Vulvin, or whatever his name is, makes statements that there aren't any exact numbers from a Kosovo census. Remember, in 2011 there was a census in Kosovo, but the Serbs in the north decided that they didn't want to participate. It showed that 1,739,825 people live in Kosovo, not counting the Serbs in the north who REFUSED to participate.

He makes a fool of himself by making such statements. Does he really think politicians in the West, or anywhere else don't know these things, but Serb politicians always try to change reality. They simply live in a different universe-

Only people that don't actually see reality is the brainwashed Albos. Albo supporters are slowly finding ways to stop dumping all of their money and resources into the blackhole dream state.

Once internationals lose interest in helping the criminals in Kosovo, the Albos will be at the mercy of Serbia, VS, and their allies.

Hopefully this can be solved peacefully, but Serbia won't let things slide this time around. We don't forget.

"had managed to get all Kosovo Serbs to agree on it."

Well done, you've managed to get around 6-8% of Kosovo's population to agree on something, now good luck with getting the other 92-94% of Kosovo's population to agree on it.

And for Vulin's information, the majority of the world does recognise reality in Kosovo and the rest de facto accept reality in Kosovo.

This so-called "platform" for Kosovo is Serbia's way of making Kosovo pull out of the negotiations and not Serbia, so that Serbia can try and show and impress the EU that they're "trying" to negotiate with Kosovo ect without actually having to do so with the intention of getting EU membership talk dates.

The reality is that 90% of the population in Kosovo is Albanian. On the other had there also are Serbians in there. Historically and genetically both populations are the same (no matter how much they argue on the contrary), but there is a language and some would argue cultural difference. Serbia, Kosovo and Albania already have a visa free regime, and are working toward the EU and a custom free regime. Why not start a Balkan Shengen . Then declare that Kosovo belongs to its people and has self governing power (keep the status quo), but citizens of all three nations are free to move and settle around. This sounds extreme, but is already bound to happen as the region moves toward the EU.

He underscored that the platform for Kosovo and the resolution that will be sent to parliament was “our question and our answer”.

According to Vulin, everything will be judged by the public and the international community but also by Kosovo Serbs, the Serbian parliament, government and other state organs and institutions.

He stressed that the resolution would be sent to parliament with all its principles and values and MPs would then vote on it.

“Everything else is then up to those who will represent us in possible negotiations and those who will implement it. What we will not back down from, the essence and the direction we want to go, is that it will be adopted by parliament and the Serbian government,” Vulin said.

A. Vulin, u wannabee politician, where in the world have you been? A majority of the world does recognize the reality in Kosova! 98 countries & counting, Vulin!
Now, weren't you one of Slobo's wife's butlers, now turned politician? Your smokescreen platform will fail miserably!
You Serbs keep continuing missing the bigger picture, in Kosova! It's not the question of, if Serbs or anyone else will be happy with it! It's up to the population of Kosova, along with her allies that decide the fate of Kosovas future! So may I suggest you keep to your butler occupation of the past! It suited you much better!!!

"A platform on Kosovo and a resolution show that Serbia recognizes reality in Kosovo, Serbian government’s Office for Kosovo Director Aleksandar Vulin says."

Serbia('s government) cannot be farer from reality. In the contrary, the platform is just another gambit to avoid reality and the fact that you don't have the stomach to tell the Serbian public the obvious reality. In the end it is only about buying time, but this time I seriously doubt that many, even your so-called allies, will accept it. Even Gallucci, more or less a promoter of the Serbian cause, said that this whole platform blabla is just a Nikolic trap to embarrass Dacic. Not that Dacic would not deserve it, he actually needs a wake-up call, but certainly not from Chetnik Nikolic. I'm almost sure that we will have new elections this year.

Kosovo and her allies have nothing else to do than to ignore that platform, while Serbia's politicians will turn against each other once it will explode in their face.
