I support efforts of Mr Mrkic, I would really like to believe that we will get any answer back. If we forget Kosovo which is special subject, I would like to hear answer from the region. Do we need to send massages to them every day and to get rude answer that our intentions are not clear? Do we really need to give them so much credits, instead of two way communication, which is also their interest?

"Mrkić confirmed that Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Belgrade in view of the start of construction works on the South Stream gas pipeline was being planned, but said that nothing had been specified yet and that Putin had an open invitation."

Didn't I read somewhere that the construction works in Serbia should have started in Dec. 2012? Another delay?

Presevo, Bujanovc and Medvegja is Serbia, EA, what special treatment should this area receive from BG? Should it get special treatment simply because Albanians live there? Kosovo was ripped away from Serbia, and now you want special treatment everywhere Albos exist? How about Macedonia and Greece, should Albos get special treatment there also? You folks are too much. You want to rule over minorities, yet where you are a minority, you want something special. F off.

"...the fact that the Serb community in the southern province should be regarded "in a special way".

As "special" as the Albanian community living in Presevo, Bujanovc and Medvegja...We all are and will be "special" at the end of the day...)))
