Great, finally we hear some logic coming from the Serb side! A accepted NATO presence in Kosova! Now, Albania can get their boots on the ground, and take over some responsibility, and also give some vacation time, to its other NATO partners already in Kosova!

or face Extermination.
The Serbs of Kosovo has to run to Serbia.

The Real Security risk for Serbia and the Serbians comes from the North,

Soon have begun to fear,gonna do after a decade,then when the US army would leave Kosovo and behind it will remain a Kosovo army equipped with heavy weaponry contemporary and professionals.

This is a modified comment of a comment that that I wrote on this News Item.

The European Union’s new and Civilized Policy states that Kosovo Legally belongs to the Country of Serbia, and that All Different Regions of Kosovo will be Reintegrated Back into Serbia to the Varying Degrees on a Region by Region Basis as Serbia wants in Agreement with the Albanians.

However, North Kosovo will be 100 % Ruled by Belgrade, and this will also be true of All Non Albanian Regions in South Kosovo, and the Serbian Army and the Serbian Police will be stationed in All Non Albanian Regions.

The Serbian Police and the Serbian Army may only be allowed to go anywhere else in Kosovo under certain mutually agreed circumstances, and at the request of the Albanians.

The EU can show Good Neighbourly Relations to another European Country by saying that Kosovo belongs to the United Nations Country of Serbia.

Serbia should tell the American Ambassador that Serbia might write to every Politician and Ruler in the World, and tell them that Britain, America, and Germany are Evil Empires, and they are Only Second in Evil to Adolf Hitler’s Third Reich.

Serbia could put this motion to the United Nations General Assembly, and so NATO had better protect All Non Albanians from their Unprincipled Albanian Terrorist Brothers and Allied Partners in Crime, because Britain, America, and Germany Predicably Lied to the World by saying they were Civilized.

If you could read: The text is about KFOR, not about NATO. UN KFOR troops will stay until their task defined in the still valid UN1244 (amongst others, to ensure peace and safety for all citizens and enable the safe return of refugees and expelled persons) is fulfilled. Everyone who has eyes to see knows that their job in Kosovo is far from being done. UN troops stayed in Cyprus and ensured peace for more than 30 years.

Technically you are right, it is Kfor, however, logistically you are wrong. The mandate says that the security force with substantial NATO participation, at first even Russia was involved but it has always been headed by a NATO commander, and now consists of NATO and NATO friendly forces. Some mandates that you also conveniently forgot like most Serbs is they are tasked with the prevention of any return of Serb miltary, and paramilitary with the exception of those specified to perform the identified 4 functions "only" and its number must be approved by the NATO commander.
Also they are mandated to guarantee freedom of movement throughout Kosovo, which means their primary mandate includes the removal of any and all baricades regardless of who has erected them.
Now the part that amazes me is the "safe return of all refugees" At the time of the writing of 1244 almost all refugees were Albanian, The Serbs left as the Serb forces left after 1244. I have never understood how it became interpreted that 1244 guaranteed the return of people that had not yet left, and the reason they did leave was the enactment of 1244 itself.
