You left out that the one was from Montenegro. Also, they are getting the drugs from Prizren, so they are working with Turks or Albanians there. I recently read that Turk and Albanian gangs control 80% of the heroin distribution in London.
Serbs are small potatoes compared to your guys (and gals).

Were any customs duties collected at the border crossing?

Or has the collection of customs duties also be put on hold while the monument in Presevo remains in place?
