Minister: Plan B for steel mill in works

I am certain that Economic Experts can Understand that People like to make Money, but ONLY because, they can spend it.

Even the Many Honest Serbian Politicians realize this, because they have refused to be Bribed on Many Occasions, although we have learned that some of Serbia’s Politicians in the former Government are being questioned with regards to certain matters.

I think that Serbia needs to half its minimum wage for workers, but only if it has a Minimum Income for workers based on the hours they work, and that would be at least more than the total of Person’s Social Security Allowance, and this would imply in most cases their Unemployment Benefits.

What this means, is that where a job does not pay even the Social Security Allowance, then a Government Payment would be made to that Person to ensure that it was worth their while to have they job.

The Only purpose for doing this is Save the Government Money; to employ People by bringing Industry to Serbia, and the cooperation and assistance of the Unions in formulating this process would be of help, but not necessary if they become unreasonable.

This is a Period where Countries might have to Minimize their losses, rather than make Money, and Serbia should be the first to try to have Full Employment.

We know that Britain wants to leave the European Union to implement this plan, and there is no time to waste, and take the best and offer that comes along.

Looks like the Russians don't even want it for free.

I thought of another possibility for that Steel Mill, and that is as a place of Rehabilitation for certain Prisoners who have committed less serious Crimes, and the Serbian Government continues to own the Steel Mill.

Serbia can save the Money it costs to look after Prisoners in jail, and a tour of China’s system of Rehabilitation in this regard would be advisable, although European Standards would need to be implemented.

There are Many People who would buy the products, because Businesspeople are in the Business of buying cheaper goods.

I think that Serbia should investigate the feasibility of Defaulting on all of its IMF, Work Bank, and European Development Bank Loans, and use a New Loan to subsidize its workers as I mentioned in order to create Full Employment for its workers.
