Yeah, sure, that is fully possible under the laws of Serbia. Not so easy though under the Laws of the US because there, in the US, a monument, if erected in municipal land, would totally be a matter for that municipality to decide.

Hans you stated this very irresponsibly. Nikolic, due to his disagreements and dislike of Seselj seceded from
the radical party and formed the new progressive party of Serbia. He does'nt celebrate Seselj, he condemns him.

Even if all you say is true, you must remember there are well more than twice as many Serbs in the Balkans than the population of Georgia. A long term settlement, peace and prosperity is not possible in this region without the support of the Serbian people. Also keep in mind with the South Stream Pipeline being constructed, and possible inclusion of Ukraine into the Eurasian Union, brings Russian access to Serbia much more viable seeing as only Romania separates Serbia from The Ukraine.

Nikolic is a straight shooter and it's been a long time since Serbia has had a Leader as such... never mind our neighbors they never had true leadership. This is why they'll never understand what Serbia is really fighting for by the time everyone in the Balkans realizes that Serbia is fighting against a greater enemy that threatens ALL OF US, I can only hope it's not too late.
President Nikolic and current authorities are eager to solve Kosovo matters. It is a painful subject for everyone but it will be more painful if they extend a final solution. But the main interest is to protect Serbs in Kosovo. We all have to support that, and to get over political parties interests.

I think you erred and should have said North atlantic terrorist fighting organization. But if the original name was intentional then not only should serbia join but it could become the leader.
But in reality, I do not think the members of NATO have any desire for Serbia to join.
It is obvious that we dont have a realistic point of view about this theme. All these comments are almost the same, like they are instructed from some side in negotiation about Kosovo. I am very sorry cause of this situation in your region. I really cant understand why some people dont give a chance for positive moves, a chance for peace and new page of history. Almost the all comments are against one side, against anything which is coming from the other side. I dont support this.
