Further to my previous comment and to prove me "wrong" read him which I missed it prior to the first comment.

Nikolić explained that he was "working on.... the platform on Kosovo, define a framework for continued negotiations with Priština".

"That resolution must be binding for those who will be negotiating on behalf of Serbia..."

Nikolic really needs a health check when he says
"As for the platform he drafted, Nikolić described it as realistic..." He just CAN NOT SEE the REALITY and thinks that by jumping from the third, four or fifth floor is realistic. He thinks that his Russian parachute will work...

And "Jesus Nikolic" "the Saviour" said
"The platform is such that more cannot be done, and less must not be done..." and

in DESPERATION
"but that nobody knows what happens...".

"...because the power is greater of the one who negotiates with a decision of the entire parliament behind them. They then have no right to make concessions, then, negotiations go in a different direction," Nikolić stated

"... I produced the platform, to bind us together..."
Can the Serbian government minister read the above?

But Nikolic is not as stupid as many might think. He knows how to shift the blames if things "go wrong".

According to him, "..the current government found itself in a situation where it had to execute agreements reached previously with Priština and the EU.

I disagree and I can give from many reasons one. You are twisting the current negotiator's arms as well as future's. You talk a lot about status neutral for Kosovo but in fact you are prejudicing it. I think these so-called talks will be very short as soon there will be nothing to talk. The gab between Albanians and Serbs will be bigger and bigger. I don't know how on earth the Serbian politicians thinking to re-integrate Kosovo to Serbia and establish its claim territorial integrity. I still do not know how such a country will be allowed to enter in the EU.
