Let me get it straight. You publish a "platform" which you call yourselves the Serbian position as a "platform" for future negotiations, but which cannot be used as a "platform for negotiations" since the platform is a parallel process and it would be not logical to show the platform in public for future negotiations.

God, some Serbs are so unbelievably clever..

After starting and loseing four wars of aggression......

Serbia is the one that realy needs DEMILITARIZATION.

I guess I only mentioned Zimbabwe because that is the closest case to what you are proposing. And probably the same future Serbia would have if they followed your advice. But luckily even the leaders of Serbia are smarter than that.
Understanding banking is more than the ability to spout out some Financial phrases. But alas your comments are harmless as I do not think you will ever find someone who would take you seriously. Like I said if it were that easy there would be NO poor countries in the world.
