I guess I only mentioned Zimbabwe because that is the closest case to what you are proposing. And probably the same future Serbia would have if they followed your advice. But luckily even the leaders of Serbia are smarter than that.
Understanding banking is more than the ability to spout out some Financial phrases. But alas your comments are harmless as I do not think you will ever find someone who would take you seriously. Like I said if it were that easy there would be NO poor countries in the world.

@commentator.....this is typical Serb stalling tactics......

Remember how many cease fires Serbs signed and violated in Bosnia?

They are buying time, recieving hundreds of millions in EU initial talks and putting on a show to make believe they are making a "serious" attempt at ending their meddling of Kosova's internal affairs.

WHERE IT WILL TAKE THEM ?

NOT TO FAR..............

"Big power centers, Kosovo Albanians and Serbia will be deciding on whether the platform can be implemented. In any case it is a proposal worthy of attention and should be analyzed," Mihajlović concluded
I agree it will gain attention and will be analyed. It will probably become the international joke of 2013. But at least the hunger strike will no longer be the top of the list of Nikolic Follies.

Let me get it straight. You publish a "platform" which you call yourselves the Serbian position as a "platform" for future negotiations, but which cannot be used as a "platform for negotiations" since the platform is a parallel process and it would be not logical to show the platform in public for future negotiations.

God, some Serbs are so unbelievably clever..
