If agreed minimum is not possible to respect, how we can expect further negotiations?

If an agreement has been reached, and it is not implemented in practice, than in truth the agreement has not been reached at all. The party that first breaks the agreement without consent has commited an act which can be classified on the same level as a crime! In this case, as in many other cases the actions of Thaci are apparently criminal...

Serbia, unfortunately, missed a lot of time waiting and losing a better position for negotiations with Pristina. We must be patient, persistent and unique and the result will come. Perhaps the result of the negotiations will not be what we would like but it will certainly be better than the current situation by providing the opportunity for a different future.
