"EUR 110mn invested in southern Serbia in 12 years"

In the past 12 years, the Coordination Body for Preševo, Bujanovac and Medveđa has invested a total of EUR 75 million in the three municipalities.

Is this guy for real? If you are a minority in another country you get to use the hosts flag. If you want to wave your own, go to Albania. Albanians are the most unthankfull people in the world. You already have way more then you deserve. Look at this link at how serbs in Albania are treated and tell me who has more freedom:

In albania only the albanian lanugage can be used. Serbian music, culture and religioun is forbidden and albanians in Serbia even dear to open their mouth. They should get kicked in their butts.

Ask the Turcs in Germany of the Algerians in France if they can use their language, alphabet and flag in full.
They can't, because the nation-state hosting them has his own official language, alphabet and flag. That's part of the national sovereignty.
