Council of Europe "status-neutral" on Kosovo

A session of the Council of Europe (CoE) Committee on Political Affairs and Democracy has determined that the CoE is status neutral on Kosovo and Metohija.

"If Vasic does not know the meaning of status neutral, I will explain it to her: Means that CoE does not recognize Kosova as a state, but at same time does not recognize Kosova as part of integral part of Serbia. Now what?"

If Vasic does not know the meaning of status neutral, I will explain it to her: Means that CoE does not recognize Kosova as a state, but at same time does not recognize Kosova as part of integral part of Serbia. Now what?
