What drugs are you on?

The whole "Pacolli" bribing countries is a myth in the first place.

You've basically said in some crazy way that there is a smokescreen, to hide the smokescreen which is covering up Russia's plans to make a Greater Russia. You do realise that in the next 50 years, Russia's territory will decrease in size? The Greater Russia project is a lost cause. Every time it is attempted, it fails.

Ethnic Russians (including those in Ukraine, US, Central Asia ect) currently make up 2.1% of the world's population, 150 Million out of 7 Billion people. Russia's population is declining. The Russian Federation accounts for arround 12.5% of the world's land.

2.1% of the worlds population can't carry on forever controling 12.5% of the world's land. In 50 years time, the World's population will be at least 10 Billion and Russia will no longer account for 2.1% of the World's population. More like 1% to 1.5% of the World's population.

Yet you seem to think that Russia will expand it's borders. The powers in the Southern Hemisphere are to become dominant in the future. The Days of the White & European Powers are coming to an end and that includes Russia. Russia's first retraction of power happened with the fall of the USSR. That will be the first of many retractions of Russia's size & power.

You seem to think that selling frozen empty Alkska was a mistake. Well put it this way, Russia has bigger things to worry about.

Behgjet Pacolli has a clue what he's doing.
(Ian, UK, 18 December 2012 10:04)

Pacolli is essentialy the prolonged hand of Moscow and plays wise. No wonder, Americans are afraid of him to the max. He works for FSB... and most of money used to bribe minor countries into K-recognition came from Gazprom. You would think this is a crazy idea... it's not. It is very important to get our S.O.B. (Pacolli) into the seat - takes what it takes. 10-15 minor countries plus/minus is irrelevant as we guarantee the veto in UNSC. But that increases the popularity. I know in person someone who has access to more info about Pacolli. He is 100% untouchable. Guess, why. An other reason for financing these "recognitions" is to get the (ex) government of Serbia unpopular and get rid of them (as it did happen). NKVD had amazing network of people working for them - included FDR to a sufficiently large degree and they had quite a lot to do with Pearl Harbor. FSB continues in best of NKVD traditions - the ultimate goal is what I said many times: the only thing better that "Greater Russia" is "Even Greater Russia". I, too, share that view. Selling Alaska was one of the biggest stupidities ever. Kosovo is not lost, Alaska is sadly lost forever.

Didn't I post that previous comment on the article titled "Council of Europe (CoE) "status-neutral" on Kosovo"?

Can you kindly move it to the correct relevant article please?

I still don't know why Kosovo hasn't applied to join the Council of Europe. Kosovo meets all the requirments and can get the necesary 2/3 votes required for membership, it is not like membership can't be vetoed.

They probably haven't applied because the Kosovan MFA is run by a bunch of fools and only Behgjet Pacolli has a clue what he's doing.

Well, that clears up why the headmen in the towns aren't behind the protests - if what remains to be agreed on at Brussels is only how the revenue is divvied up between the towns and Prishtina, they really don't have any reason to oppose the customs duties. They stand to get their hands on a new revenue stream, after all.

The same source confirmed that the main topic would be the distribution of customs revenues, the issue that remained unresolved even after the agreement on integrated management of crossing that has been implemented since December 10.

After all, there are custom duties for goods entering Kosova. The only thing to be ironed out is, what % goes to local municipalities along the border. It should be 90-10 in favor to go to Central government in Prishtina.
Why some politicians said after the agreement that; there are no custom duties for north Mitro, and the truth is YES there are custom duties.

"The Serbian businessmen" and local "leaders" will block the roads and anything else anyway....The Kosovo government should stand by its constitution when it comes to "its internal arrangements" if you like. All these "leaders" are looking for is any excuses....
