First the mayor says that Eulex must get a clear direction on how the custom fees are distributed and what percentages to which communities in the north and then says goods for northern Kosovo should not be subect to custom fees.
So is HIS idea that only customs for goods going to southern Kosovo be collected and then distributed to the northern communities??
