PM wants customs duty suspended until January

Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dačić has asked that until Jan. 10, customs duty not be charged for goods destined for northern Kosovo.

I cannot believe that the powers that be,have not already decided where the "taxes" will go for this new wonderful border arrangement. As long as Germany & the US are happy, then who cares about the real world? Another good mess from Brussels.

The PM wants customs collections suspended until January, which means the agreement to collect them has always been there. Now that leads to several scenarios.
1, Did Belgrade officials hide that fact from the Leaders in North Kosovo?
2. Or did the leaders in North Kosovo hide that fact from the citizens?
3. Or did everyone know it and this is just an excuse to cause trouble?
