No more untouchables in Serbia? Must have just started, what could we read here some weeks ago:

"Serbian President Tomislav Nikolić has decided to exempt former Red Star Football Club President Dragan Džajić from criminal liability, B92 has learned. Criminal Code’s Article 110 says that an individual can be pardoned and exempted from criminal prosecution. "

Or, did, by chance, was this gentlemen a party member of SNS/SPS?
