Slav Serb imported settler along with the non-Serb and Non-Kosovars never amounted to more than 8% of total population.

Serb colonist that were planted by Belgrade after the loss to UCK/NATO
forces had no other choice than to evade international justice by fleeing the scence of the crime.I am sure the victims can't wait for their return to face War Crimes charges of the Kosova Department of Justice.

Luigi the customs deal is serbia recognizing Kosovo independence! Serbia recognition of Kosovo independence is almost complete- they just have to remove it from the constitution.

The truth comes out.

So Serbia cannot join the EU until the albanians in Kosovo let the 200,000 serbs and roma to return. It is good that the EU has made that condition crystal clear to Pristina.

If you notice this is the words from the deputy pm of Serbia and not from the EU. And we all know the difficulty Serb politicians have in interpretation. But I can see your desperate politicians trying to fool you into thinking it is the fact that there are not enough Serb returnees to Kosovo is the reason they are not getting into the EU. Anything but the truth.

Is this a news ?....Although now i think that even if Serbia recognize Kosovo the doors won't be open quickly...The Eu is falling apart quicker than i thought...

Minwhile life is getting worse and worse for Kosovo Serbs. One shouldn't confuse some minor problems over criminality in Kosovo North (which doesn't differ much from criminality in other parts of Kosovo and which could be easily solved by having Serbian police there) with Kosovo Serbs' liberation movement against Albanian oppression.

"...bearing in mind that five EU member states have not done so..."

Why not "BEARING IN MIND" that overwhelming majority of EU countries have recognized Kosovo independence...? Can the minister that "bear in mind" that EU doesn't want another Cyprus in its ranks? But Serbia is doing well diplomatically so far....)))
