N. Kosovo Serbs warn of violation of crossings agreement

They added that they would not accept a border between central Serbia and Kosovo and that they would not accept to live in independent Kosovo.

@kosovo & metohija - USA,You can't be serious in thinking this is a "real" border. It looks more like a checkpoint from the U.S., the toll booths at the Holland Tunnel in N.Y.C look like a border compared to this.

you pay your toll and drive away, but no one asks for ID/Passport and check what you got inside your van.

German NATO troops can always open fire on protesting serbs to protect their human rights. They have yet another new german commander to follow zee orders. Is it better to be shot by NATO or by albanians according to Brussels? They've done it before.

Of course its a real border, kosovo was lost many, many years ago.

These people need to face the realty that Belgrade has totally recognized the independence of Kosovo!! No one in the Belgrade government cares about Kosovo being part of Serbia.

Someone must have cut the money and now they are calling it a violation. Politicians are never to be trusted. I feel sorry for the people and I don't care which group you belong too. Ordinary people always get shafted.

The politician is right in one regard. They (Kosovo/a northern Serbians) should not be blamed if things don't pan out as people expect. They should not be the scape goat in all of this. And I believe belgrade might throw them under the bus just to achieve their own goals.

And what you see is a temporary set-up of a border. Once the people are at ease then both sides will set up a professional looking border. And this is what the northen people fear.

Eventually its not going to matter because once the police from both factions start working together its going to get harder and harder for criminals to move around freely as they did in the past. Be they Albanian or Serb. Europe wants corruption and the criminal element under manageable levels.

Hopefully everyone will have a good Christmas this year and no one does anything stupid for the holiday. Peace to all Albanians and Serbs in the region.

faster, selling out Kosovo. "Temporary border" is THE BORDER.
Obviously, Northern Kosovo Serb are the only ones that can salvage themselves.
