European Union receives Nobel Peace Prize

Alfred Nobel would be spinning in his grave. A man who wanted to reward excellence with a worthy prize sinks to this level.
As the Asian economies rise in power is it any wonder that there is talk of having an alternative to the Nobel Prize? Obama got one for doing nothing. Even he was embarrassed.

Jose Manuel Barroso, Herman Van Rompuy, and Martin Schulz, on behalf of the EU, will on Monday in Oslo receive the Nobel Peace Prize.

SKAI TV must be very proud that their historically unfounded documentary on 1821 has become a weapon of foreign propaganda. Anyway the greek nation is not based on race, it is based on culture, education, civilization. Greece always captivated foreign people with the charm of its culture and especially during the Middle Ages when nationality didn't matter that much. The same thing happens today. Many foreigners who are immigrants in Greece have received greek education, feel and act like Greeks. That's the beauty and the power of Greece and no chauvinist propaganda can do anything about it.

And BTW: family jewelry of country like Graphisoft has nothing to do with the country anymore, it belongs to Germans. Recently I got more familiar with the way people work here, their working environment is rarely to be envy about. The problem is getting worse and worse as the ones who fit the "system" will hire people who do fit into system and deploying methods of that system.
