This was not the first time that D.M. was attacked. Unknown attackers previously threw bombs in the yard of his home in Zvečan.

The individual is unknown since he was wearing a mask, but nationality is not hard to guess.I am sure Serb MUP know who the perpetrator is!

You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know who done it. A loyal K-Serb to Kosova government was shot by an extremist aka thug/criminal Serb.

I just don't understand the comments. All any of the other posters do is guess at who did something, and deny that it could have been there own.

Guess what I am Serbian, and I figure a Serb probably did it, but I can't guess or know why he did it and I know that it is stupid to think that Serbs have a "shooting people in the leg problem".

We hear reports of cemeteries being vandalized and Albanian posters always pretend it could not have been an Albanian who would do such a thing. That is just silly, every nation has its idiots who go around doing things that embarrass their people.

The only reason people guess at the race of the criminal is so that they can blame the entire people. At some point you have to come to the realization that every individual is responsible for himself, and it really does not matter what his last name is.

Isn't it strange that many good and decent Serbs and Albanians would like to kill each other, and it is only the criminals that can get along? It should be the other way good and decent people should be able to get along with each other, and leave the hate for criminals.

They`re literally 10`s of thousands of village names of Serbian-Slavic origin across the entire land of Albania.

Today, if some bad com from the Kosovo & Metohia it's not funny reason no punishment for any activity at any level. Fresh incident is common with clear example like last day or many before. Interesting is readers explentation to turn and blame Serbs like this below my comment ( with no proof) that Serb did for politica reason. If take statisitic for past 10 yr situation com to be oposite. Serbian Cementry & Church was destroyed due to children activity, farmer moved from land under to many specific situations also they did not say Serb build over 200 mousuqe.Originaly in most case, Radical Islamist in all situation for that is involded in specific way, like comments reaction that com from readers below my comment. In Other word Kosovo & Netohia must be clean from presence of Christianity by time. That must be stoped.
