Are the Serbs now going to accuse the Albanians of controling the UNSC??

what rubbish. however much you go 'round the bush, the truth remains that there was no CREDIBLE evidence by which to sentence Haradinaj with. not a shred of it, even the Serbian prosecutor admitted as such. read an artilce in the guardian on this issue and open you eyes. but of course, we all know that the West simply have it in for the honorable innocent Serb, it could never be something else

How can there be credible evidence when he killed all the whitnesses?If he was innocent what was he so afraid of?

Now if the court was credible they would have protected the witnesses and there would be evidence.

Absolutely, assuming that there was something to witness about which has not been established beyong reasonable doubt. Sorry, dear, but justice has procedures approved by Russia, China & co that need to be satisfied for somebody to be convicted.

You can still be guilty and be let go because of lack of evidence. Now if the court was credible they would have protected the witnesses and there would be evidence.

Nikolle exactly Serbs have blinkers on want to see what they want to see not reality as things are. As most of the world sees excluding Russia that hides behind Serbia doings. So the world attention is removed from Russia and what criminal evils KGB Putin Kremlin has been up to in the recent times.
