It is obvious that the current Serbian government is continuing Tadic's policy of seeling Kosovo for personal gain. After they get kicked out by citizens, they can become commissioners on EU enlargement.

Seems to be a huge typo in the article, since the agreement signed by Serbia is actually for "Integrated Border Management."

I wonder why is Serbian PM going to Brussels if he has not a negotiating platform? No such platform has been adopted in the Serbian National Assembly.
If it is just about confirming previous agreements, there was no need to travel. He could just send them an e-mail or a fax.
On the other hand if the PM is trying to do something on his own, I wonder who has authorized that? The Cabinet? When? What was decided?
