If the DS lose Belgrade too, it will completely discredit Dilas as its new "leader" and marginalize the DS even further. So fingers crossed...

Is Djilas high on drugs???

He pontificates, like some sort of deluded/demented supreme being, that he speaks for the people of Belgrade. Anybody who dares to contradict him or, worse still, negotiate a different coalition excluding his acolytes is: "dar[ing] to change the will of the Belgrade citizens."

Let's not forget that the coalition he heads, Izbor za bolji život, achieved 35% of the vote on a turnout of 54%. In other words, he speaks for just 18% of those registered to vote in Belgrade.

And how many of those 18% actually 'will' Djilas as the Mayor?

B92, instead of just reporting verbatim the words of politicians, why don't you act as responsible journalists and point out the nonsense, contradictions, and outright falsehoods of the deceitful political elite in this country?

Mr Djilas cannot be respectful mayor even of a small town because of his immoral richness and abuse of office. Serbian authorities have to probe deep into all his business.
