чокой токён читертокён ! How do you like my Hungarian ? By the way as a result of whose efforts and sacrifices Magyarorsag stopped to be a Turkish velayat ? Is it all because today they are rather Hungerians than Hungarians ? What you think from your overseas ?
(rote, 3 December 2012 02:10)

- Hehe, I am straight in the middle - not overseas. Roaming the area, this is a very difficult choice.
- No one really knows, who Hungarians really are. Sure is, they had a king who stabbed Serbs in the back (Sigismund) in 1389. Sure is, he wasn't Hungarian, he was German. That made the Serbian victory against the Turks a defeat. Hungary payed dearly for this treason, 150 years of Turkish disaster did follow. Sigismund had very tragic role in Bosnian history - if not him, Turks would never set their foot there either. Looks, like Germans started their tragic role pretty early.
- I could understand your Hungarian... yes, that's pretty much the "horseradish" I did mean regarding Hague. I am pretty sadistic.
- The two reasons Magyarország stopped to be a Turkish vilayet are the Zrinski Croatian and Sobieski Polish families. I can't say I totally agree with Poles and Croats - but they had several features Hungarian did lack against the Turks: brain, balls, guts and backbone. Some people say, things did not change much since... :(

The Russian Foreign Ministry added that the acquittal of Haradinaj and Croat Generals Ante Gotovina and Mladen Markač was “another proof of double standards of the court, since persons accused of crimes against humanity and war crimes are not punished”.

This is bizarre! So everybody accused of something can't be acquitted ?!!! I know that's how it works in Russia, but still....

Strange to hear it from you because you are not pure Hungarian and second because the Hungarians every decade change their mind over the matter who they really are. As we know few years ago you almost stopped to be an Ugro-Finn and started to shift towards the Turkish type peoples. This is why you set free the asleep Christian killer. They say it cost Azerbaijan some USD 3 Bln … Mindig magashabra … What I can say about it all and about Лошадиный хрен in Russian transcription sounds like чокой токён читертокён ! Ataman, you can have the best laws in the planet written on a piece of paper. Of course if you can use a little Polonium none of those laws matter. Stop acting as if Putin is not a dictator and as if Russia is a place were the justice system is trustworthy. You can try all day to cover $h!t with p!$$, it's still Russia that we're talking about. Not much, but it knows well about unfair trials, biased judges, killed or 'silenced' witnesses - and so they are in a perfect position to see what these non-verdicts against those KLA criminals are about.

(Haitian, 2 December 2012 11:21)

Look, mister. The traditional RUSSIAN law is based on "Русская Правда" of Kievian Rus which is a mix borrowed from their arch-enemies (Khasar Empire), Slavonic heritage and Viking traditions. Khasar Empire did borrow most of their laws straight from Bible. That mix is not really bad, for instance death penalty is not part of "Русская Правда", They also have jurrors and stuff like that (borrowed from Bible). While death penalty was known to Jews, they de-facto did not practice it.

At the same time Edward in England introduced that neat "hanging & quartering" thing

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hanged,_drawn_and_quartered

which was very-very popular than. If you know, the parts of American constitution regarding "unusual and cruel punishment" are actually about that "humanitarian" and "merciful" English tradition. That old "classic" Hungarian swearing is much more than just a swearing - the word "lafad" was used by pasha-s of Buda (during Turkish occupation of Hungary) in reference to an impaling instrument, used to torture Hungarian (Christian) villagers by Turks. Guess what ethnicity were the pashas of Buda... You have two guesses: either Bosnian or Albanian. Hungarians have ethernal love towards Albanians, Bosnians (and Turks, of course).

Funny, you silly Albanians commenting here believe that the West is powerful enough to put Russians on trial. Go ahead, I'd like to see them try. Go ahead, I'm still waiting. The FACT is that Russia is just as powerful as the West. No Western country dares to try to put a Russian on trial. If they are all powerful as you Albanians believe them to be, why aren't there any tribunals for Russians? Just as there could never be a tribunal for the US or Great Britain, there could never be a tribunal for Russia, China, or India. These nations are way to powerful. Live with it. Further, Russia is powerful enough to put an end to this tribunal as it is on the security council together with China.

They find it scandalous because in Russia the verdict is whatever Comrade Putin wants it to be an that isn't the case in the ICTY.

Let us not forget what Vladimir Yaroslavtsev a Senior Constitutional Court Judge said in 2009. He said that "the presidential executive office and security services had undermined judicial independence in Russia". He was forced to "retire" after this statement. Then fellow Constitutional Court Judge Anatoly Kononov came to his support and said that "there was no independent judiciary in Russia". He was also forced to "retire" shortly after despite having sever years left of his mandate.

The ruling does seem quite scandalous to many, especially from less developed countries with more backwards judicial systems. In the Hague Tribunal, the rules for evidence are quite stringent and obtaining a conviction requires an overwhelming amount of evidence of guilt. Even if everyone is "sure" that the person is guilty, if there is insufficient evidence to prove it, the court MUST find them innocent.

....so what happens then?
Well if your a non serb your released!, if your a serb you die of a treatable heart condition, or remain in custdoy for life without any charges other than contempt of court.
Also, shame on those two backward minded judges for not making the release of Mr Gotovina and Mr Markac a unanimous decision, they must be from countries that are far less developed than Kosovo, and the flavour of Europe, Croatia.
Carla Del Ponte was shocked by the trials outcome. That fact that she was shocked is almost as disturbing as The Hagues recent track record.

Dear Sirs/Madams,
Please note that natural justice and jurisprudence work on 4 very simple rules: that is-

1. that your first accuse someone
2. you have a court case and present your evidence/defence
3. they are found innocent or guilty
4. and then if guilty - THEN YOU PUNISH THEM!!!!

So I ask, how the hell does Russia dare use the term "double standards" when talking about Judicial Standards? HYPOCRITES

At the same time Edward in England introduced that neat "hanging & quartering" thing

which was very-very popular than. If you know, the parts of American constitution regarding "unusual and cruel punishment" are actually about that "humanitarian" and "merciful" English tradition. But what should I tell to an Albanian where honor killing is something of honor, you are still not even entered the medieval era, you are cavemen.

"Moscow assesses ex-KLA’s trial as “scandalous”

What does Russia know about a fair judicial system?"
(Mark, 1 December 2012 19:07)

Not much, but it knows well about unfair trials, biased judges, killed or 'silenced' witnesses - and so they are in a perfect position to see what these non-verdicts against those KLA criminals are about.

How do you like my Hungarian ? By the way as a result of whose efforts and sacrifices Magyarorsag stopped to be a Turkish velayat ? Is it all because today they are rather Hungerians than Hungarians ? What you think from your overseas ?

Ataman, you can have the best laws in the planet written on a piece of paper. Of course if you can use a little Polonium none of those laws matter. Stop acting as if Putin is not a dictator and as if Russia is a place were the justice system is trustworthy. You can try all day to cover $h!t with p!$$, it's still Russia that we're talking about. Polonium is the judge, jury and executioner.

What difference does my name make!

@Kreshnik

Gotovina, Markac, Oric-etc all Slavs.
All Croatiians, Bosnians,Montegrans, Sloveniens
and of course us extra special SERBS are Slavs.
Don't know what species the Albanians are let alone race. Being Slav
Is not the problem, it's just the anti Serb biased Hague agenda that could be
made a little less obvious!
