Everyone in Serbia is upset that debt is used by outside powers to control Serbia, this Budget cuts the deficit and decreases future borrowing. When Serbia balances its budget and stops borrowing it will be on its own to feet and it will be one less external control. The Serbian State is full of hardworking, well trained ambitious people of every background, it is only natural that it picks itself off of the ground even if it is through some painful budgets.
