Tahir Zemaj was killed by his rival called Rame Maraj, which the homeland security for Ibrahim Rugova. 2 days before Tahir Zemaj was to appointed as Security adviser for President Rugova, he was killed. And, guess who took over that position? None other than Rame Maraj.
