The Netherlands should be forced to split into two countries like Germany was forced to do after WWII as it's punishment for hosting the anti-Serb court.

Thanks ICJ1 for explaining why the Serbs fled from Knin, I'm sure if you were in their shoes, you wouldn't be able to decifer between 200m or 10m. You'd take your family and run for your life. It's a stretch and any reasonable person knows it. These generals were acquitted for political reasons, not because they are innocent.

Lovely world we live in.

No he isn't abnormal.Where the hell is Amnesty International??? If Seselj were some American puppet on trial or under arrest for this length of time eg. current Burmese president we'd never have heard the last of it! And Vojo would have recieved a Nobel Prize by now. In actual fact they ought to introduce one as for advocacy as from what Ive seen he's wiped the floor with those cretins, sorry muppets who are presiding over that farce.

The evidence against the Croats is clear and spelled out. The video tape and transcripts were from late 1990. Tudjman was preparing to ethnically cleanse and genocide the Serbs at least 1.5 years in advance of the war.
This is why Serbia should not cooperate with the Madeleine Albright conceived ICTY. She is very racist against Serbs and it was only made to abuse Serbs and make it all look legal.

Hey avni can't you lie any better?
Check Yugoslav wars on wiki, and you will see that the death toll was around 130.000/140.000 people from 1991-2001.
The causalities were in all ex republics and among all nationalities...

"“There is a tape on which (then Croatian President) Franjo Tuđman is saying: ‘Now is our chance to hit the Serbs so hard that they will disappear from these parts’. There is an order of (General Ante) Gotovina from August 2, 1995 in which he demanded that four towns in Krajina be shelled. The fact is that more than 900 grenades fell on Knin during a day and a half,” he added."

Yes, but as evidence in the Gotovina trial showed only about 5% of the shells fell outside of a range of 200m from a legitimate military target.

Avni, do you feel better now, that you got your little anti-Serb slur in for the day? You never have anything to say, really, just petty little unsubstantiated comments. You never provide proof or a source for your blather. In your thinking, only Serbs committed crimes in the Balkans, and the other ethnicities just died. How is that "Yellow House" investigation going, did the KLA confess to their organ-harvesting crimes yet? Even if they did, I am sure you would still blame the Serbs.

For anyone with a bit of common sense, it is obvious that the Hague bungles every case that is against non-Serbs. They are, after all, partners in crime.

In regards to the Oric case, this is what a US cable had to say. Check -> http://wikileaks.org/cable/2006/07/06BELGRADE1092.html
"...legal experts believe the prosecutor bungled the case by not developing a compelling link from Oric to the actions of his troops."

This is a typical pattern coming from the Hague but it is not surprising one bit. It has a permanent US office stationed there overseeing and manipulating everything for its own political purposes.

Good thing now is that even the doubters can see the political nature of this kangaroo court. It has lost all credibility. In fact, for most Serbs credibility was lost a long time ago.

“Haradinaj’s method is well-known and it is a method of every mafia. First we have warnings, then a bribery attempt, then intimidation and in the end, murder. In this case we had murders, which made other witnesses withdraw,” Vukčević said.

Well said. So, to conclude, it's not at all about war crimes, but about ordinary mafia gangs who kill everyone who dares to break the omerta and cooperate with the justice and testify against these criminals. Happens in Italy and Serbia, too - the only difference is that in Kosovo, these mafia gangs run the state.
