The Serbian government has no serious economic recovery programs at the moment, and is focused on putting public finances in order, says Vladimir Gligorov.

Good, if true. What's most important right now for the government is to balance its books, cut unnecessary spending and bureaucracy, and pay down the public debt before the interest starts to collect. Once its established that Serbia is fiscally stable, investors will come.
