This will hopefully open the way for a commission to investigate this so-called court to find that it is political in nature and that the rulings are unsafe.

That’s not going to happen and, in any case, it would be a waste of money because the Zoran commission has already established the above LOL
----------

I'm sure many insiders, such as del Ponte, are prepared to reveal the inner workings of this farce.
(Zoran, 23 November 2012 17:35)

I can’t trust somebody like del Ponte who sent behind bars that great patriot called Slobodan

----------

So what we have is that the original three judges found these Croatians guilty but during the appeal, we had two against three.
(Zoran, 23 November 2012 17:35)

Exactly, and according to the ICTY statute approved by Russia, China & co, the Appeals Chamber can overturn verdicts of the Trial Chamber and the Appeals Chamber decides by majority. The number theory says that three is larger than two – not sure whether that holds true in Serbia though :)
----------

So in other words, five ICTY judges have found them guilty against three.
(Zoran, 23 November 2012 17:35)

That is irrelevant, according to the ICTY statute approved by Russia, China & co. the majority of the Appeals Chamber decides. Not sure what you’re trying to say – that there was no majority in the Appeals Chamber ?!

Lets not forget that two are from the USA and Turkey so no surprises there. Also, the Jamaican, Robinson, was part of the Milosevic trial, which, for those that read the transcripts was treated unfairly.
(Zoran, 23 November 2012 17:35)

Yes, and Meron and Robinson were there to acquit Gotovina and Markac because two years ago Russia, China & co extended their term as appeals judges until 31 Dec 2012.

I don't see any problem with a debate or even an inquiry into how the ICTY has functioned. Whether a day of GA speakers selected by Vuk Jeremic scheduled for the anniversary of the establishment of the Croatian Nazi puppet-state will be seen as an unbiased event is open to question.

"I wasn't shocked at all, since justice prevailed. Why is always Vuk speaks on behalf of others."

Oh trust me, we here in the netherlands were more than shocked, so he is speaking for atleast 17 000 000 dutch men and women.

Your day of justice has yet to come Ustasha

Well, the positive aspect of this is that even the doubters have finally seen this court for what it is, a political kangaroo court that is punishing Serbs for resisting Western hegemony.

This will hopefully open the way for a commission to investigate this so-called court to find that it is political in nature and that the rulings are unsafe. I'm sure many insiders, such as del Ponte, are prepared to reveal the inner workings of this farce.

Jeremić said that many people around the world were shocked by the ruling of the ICTY Appellate Chamber to acquit two Croatian generals.

"people around the world were shocked"
I wasn't shocked at all, since justice prevailed. Why is always Vuk speaks on behalf of others. He used to do same when he was Serbian FM,he used to speak on behalf of his counterparts and some of them the next day sent recognition letters to Kosova government.
