"April debate on Hague cannot be canceled"

<a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics-article.php?yyyy=2012&mm=11&dd=20&nav_id=83248" class="text-link" target= "_blank">UNGA President Vuk Jeremić's decision</a> to schedule a public debate on international ad-hoc tribunals for the next April will not change, and it is irrevocable.

"There is no legal basis or mechanism to prevent the debate that has been scheduled, Tanjug correspondent was told in the Secretariat."

Not sure why Tanjug was interested to prevent the debate and was trying to learn how, but for Tanjug's information there is no harm for UN or anybody to discuss about UN courts. It has happened in the past (for the last time, just about one month ago) and it will happen again. In any case, no debate is going to review or reverse judgments of the court and everything regarding the court is controlled by Russia, China & co. in the Security Council.
