Hypocrite Serbs cry and whine "Genocide" over surgical ethnic Serb troublemakers removal in Croatia but have amnesia to over one million Kosovars illegaly deported in 1999.
Serbs selective knowledge and demand of respect for international law when it only suits them is pathetic.

Its people like simot and krajina that confirm Croatia must not withdraw the genocide law suit against serbia. simot still supports the serb leaders like milosevic and mladic who put serbia in this position and krajina believes it was the Croatian army that forced Croatians of serb descent to leave Croatia when all evidence and testimony from serb leaders confirm that the order to evacuate came from belgrade. Trust me Croatia was more concerned with front line positions in Operation Oluja than begging traitors to stay. The point is the lawsuit can serve as one of the last nails in the coffin of serbia and all the atrocities they committed in the former yugo republics. This is the only way the truth will be taught in serbia so they understand and take responsibility for the crimes they committed, just as Germany had to do to pay the reparations after WW2 for the crimes of their nazi leaders. The same has to happen here. Otherwise, people like simot and krajina will continue to breed hate, thieves, rapists, and murderers. And if serbia can't afford to pay the billions of dollars in reparations per the judgement against them, I would be willing to accept, at least some of it, in the return of Croatia's historic lands in the Banat, everything west of novi sad and belgrade. These used to be border towns as the rivers were the historic borders and Croatia should have west of it back. That would help to resolve the land disputes. The rest of Vojvodina should be split with Hungary.

You guys are definately commedians, because I didn't think anyone was so blind to believe everything they saw on Milosevic-run TV in the 1990s. From denying the bombing Sarajevo, killing 6,000+ men and boys in Srebrenica, bombing Dubrovnik, let alone ethnically cleansing ALL areas your army controlled for 4+ years. Then if that wasn't enough for the World's eyes to witness, you go and ethnically cleanse Kosovo of all non-serbs.

@Skeptik Let's get the criminals who purportrated the intial pogrom of the Serbs in 1941 if they are still around. The Croats never answered for that genocidal crime either.Does have a familiar ring to it,doesn't it?Let's ask the Pope maybe he knows why??

Well actually the Ustase did pay it's called 'Blieburg Field' where your beloved Tito massacred anywhere between 50-100,000 without trial. Know your history before posting !

"A well-informed source from the Serbian government told daily Politika that the government was now even more determined to prove in court that genocide had been committed against the Serbs in the Operation Storm."

Serbia is just setting itself up for yet another bitter disappointment in an international arena. What is it with Serbia and its obession with publicly humilating itself?

Why should Croatia not keep going, the international court already favors them. The release of the two merderers from the IJC shows that the court will do what it wants. As long as Serbia/Serbs are punished and all others go free!

As long as Croatia as a state and its people celebrate the exodus of hundreds of thousands of Serbs then genocide suits are completely necessary and reconciliation is impossible.

krajina

if thats what you want then krajina should get full autonomy to the max and all serbs to return and all their homes get rebuilt and all property and lands they had returned and replaced ,like animals and everything and get compensated, if croatia could pay over 30 million euros for those 2 ustasas then they could pay the 400,000 serbs.i think croatia also is giving dalmacia and istria back to italy also for the 2 ustasas which is good news for italy because those were italian lands and not croatian just like krajina ,in reality croatia was only zagreb anyway.now also dubrovnik wants independance,so lets get the ball moving.
