It's not about mentality, but about economy, as mentioned in the article, and Germany and Turkey are important economic partners of Serbia, much more than, for example, Russia.

If you didn't know any better, you would think they all ran for elections to be able to travel wherever they want on the taxpayers dime. Thank you Dacic and Nikolic for all the traveling you have been doing lately. They are doing us a lot of good!
