“I do not believe that there is a single smart, normal and responsible politician in the EU who would ask from Serbia to recognize Kosovo as an EU accession condition,” Dzurinda said on Wednesday in the talks with students of the Faculty of Political Science in Belgrade.

So how should we view the ones who have said it then?

"...fights against Basque separatists and terrorist groups who think they can become 'independent' or 'autonomous' by killing Spanish police forces and planting bombs at Spanish government buildings, this is okay?"

Let me help you there Questioner. What fight are you talking about? Political fight or fight in a military meaning/sense? What is "a terrorist" group for you. Do you think the Spanish government should cleanse "its own people" because they might want to become independent? Do you get it know?

Let me shoot it down his argument. When a state declares a war against its "own people" in the name "its territorial integrity" and "sovereignity" it risk losing "that people" and the territory where they live in.

But if a state, like Spain, fights against Basque separatists and terrorist groups who think they can become 'independent' or 'autonomous' by killing Spanish police forces and planting bombs at Spanish government buildings, this is okay?

“It is not good when a group of people at the ethnic level decides to declare a state,” Dzurinda said

If Spain decided to go into war let's say in Catalonia....new state of Catalonia will emerge.

Stupid, abnormal and irresponsible would, and EU has a lot of those, and that's the problem. He should have end the sentence much earlier.

Much better.
