Serbs rally, reiterate opposition to "independent Kosovo"

That's what it comes down to. You wont force 40,000 Serbs to be apart of a functioning occupation. So you have to hope the West will be willing to expel that many Serbs for your sick aspirations because you tried in July of 2011 to impose your will and failed miserably, sent back packing to Pristina defeated and embarrassed. Not by the state of Serbia, but by local Serbs. Imagine if the state got serious about defending its territory.

It wouldn't even be close without Western interference and you know it. Luckily, its only temporarily.

My logic is, if the Albanians do not want to be ruled from Belgrade, then they must respect the will of the Serbs in the North of Kosovo, and not take any orders from Pristina. It is a simple formula for peace. Am I wrong?

CRYING OUT LOUD!!...LOOK WHAT THE US and the EU have created. The functioning of Kosovo will never be. Give Kosovo back to Serbia and then assist Serbia to normalise the region. Let common sense prevail!!!

And I don't want a criminal like this guy in my country either! If he doesn't like it he can join the endless number of mafiosi in Belgrade... ohh wait he's already one of their leaders, maybe he should move to Moscow then! The farther the better!

Northern Kosovo Serbs "leaders" are interested in instability because that situation makes them very rich.....

Northern Kosovo Serbs should remain under Kosovo rule for the same amount of years k Albanians stayed under Serb rule,after that an agreement should be reached to let the Serbs decide if they will like to remain under Kosovo.(rule me, i rule you solution.)

My logic is, if the Albanians do not want to be ruled from Belgrade, then they must respect the will of the Serbs in the North of Kosovo, and not take any orders from Pristina. It is a simple formula for peace. Am I wrong?

Sure, but North Kosovo Serbs have not expressed any desire to be independent from Kosovo. Note that regardless of whether somebody considers Kosovo as independent or dependent from Serbia, North Kosovo would still be under the country or provincial capital, i.e. Pristina.

Mayor Pantic' justly states that :"...we are sending a message that we will never agree to be a part of independent Kosovo,...". Considering that Kosovo Albanians have flooded large part of Kosovo with their excessive birth rate during the past sixty years, is there a legal way of asigning the regions ,where Serbs are in majority at this time ,to remain reserved for the Serbian population ?
Otherwise, by this aggression through reproduction, Albanians will gradually overtake not only Kosovo, but even some parts of Serbia !Considering that this imbalance between various ethnic groups caused by different fertility rates exists in other region of the World, this method of overtaking any region should be declared as an "Aggression through propagation" and condemned by all.
