Yes of course the 250 000 serbs can return to Croatia so that the ustasjas would have another reason for a new Jasenovac and of course you albanians want the serbs to come back so you can have more of them to harass and opress.
(Daniel, 22 November 2012 10:11)

250,000 is an exaggurated amount. Also many Serbs stayed in Croatia after Storm and have been safe and treated well ever since.

We don't have a problem with the Serbs South of the Ibar river. We like them just get on with our daily lives. It is the criminal gangs, tax dodgers and cop killers in the Wild West aka North which we have issues with.

Serbs of Croatia are welcome back in Croatia, they have been invited to return on many occasions. No problem there!

There will be no Dayton for Kosova.

The 30,000 - 40,000 displaced Serbs of Kosova can retun with the 300,000 displaced Albanians from Kosova currently living in Germany return, the 200,000 dsiplaced Albanians from Kosova currently living in Switzerland return and the 100,000 Albanians from Kosova currently living in Macedonia return also!

Everyone should return!

The 300 000 living in Germany was not the work of the Serbs but Albanians looking for a way into the west at the time of the break-up of Yugoslavia. I recall with clarity when the then German Foreign Minister said “throw away your Yugoslav papers because they are worthless as that country no longer exits”. The Albanians, and others as well, did just that and that’s the reason the Germans are now stuck with 300 000 of their much loved allies.

Now for your Albanians living in Macedonia, its not the Serbs stopping them from coming back to Kosovo. They don’t want to return. As bad as things are in kosovo its much better in Macedonia – it says a lot about Kosovo.

What about those children. Yes, I agree, children should be given every advantage but eliminating poverty is something no government in the world can do. We are always going to have poverty, unfortunately.
Do you think that eliminating poverty (which will never happen anywhere in the world) should come at the expense of security and dignity of the ever suffering Kosovo Serbs, that means children as well?

And he also needs to remember that the Security Council does not allow him to send to court Gotovina and Markač for the same acts ICTY tried them.

Curious why so many Albanians that frequent this site are so interested in this Croatian/Serbian affair. Are you truely interested in criminal justice, or just relish in whatever goes unfavorably for Serbia? Hope Haradjinaj gets his deserved jail time, then you will really have something to jump up and down about.

This is typical of Albanian propaganda. 600,000 displaced Albanians, and no doubt another 2 million in Kosovo itself.

The reality however is very different. If we swept up all K-Albanians from the gutters of Europe and dropped them all the dustbin that Kosovo has become, then their total number would be fewer than 1 million.

This 1 million figure was established in the early 1990s when Serbian authorities analysed the amount of drinking water used, sewage produced and electrical power consumed in Kosovo. These amounts were compared with similar districts in southern Serbia and a figure for the true population was established.

Albanians could boycott the Serbian census but they still produced mountains of shit which the crafty Serbs weighed.
(Michael Thomas, 21 November 2012 18:11)

And yes I've seen that silly Yugoslav statistic produced by the Federal Secretariat of Information aka Milosevic's Ministry of Propaganda, which was well know for under exaggerating the amount of Albanians in Kosova and over exaggerating the amount of Serbs in Kosova, shame it has no parallels with the Yugoslav census figures from before the nationalists came to power in Beograd!

The Serb government should just stop any legal battles at this point and work strongly to repatriate the displaced Serbs from Croatia. Any legal battle should be for the fight of Serbs to get their homes and lands back and ensure that they become part of the political structure there.

on a side note, if they are going to "Daytonize" Kosovo, they should start repatriating the displaced Serbs back to their lands there.

The Serb hunt is over now its time to go after the other war criminals. Starting with the Serb hateing racist, Albright and company.

If these cases had any merit why were they not activated to begin with? Perhaps we should activate a case against the so-called Serbian prosecution?

"Serbia should work on eliminating poverty for over 400,000 of its children."
Robert, you are so right! Thank you for pointing this out. I watch this mess on the streets every day and it makes me cry.

Robert I`m sure you would for the crimes of Gotovina to be glossed over and hidden but it just ain`t going to happen. One way or another the truth will come out and the bastard will face justice.

"He explained that the Prosecution had not launched the investigations because it was not satisfied with the acquittal of Gotovina and Markač but because it needed to wait for the Hague Tribunal to deliver the final verdict, bearing in mind that the Tribunal had precedence in the launching of proceedings."

And he also needs to remember that the Security Council does not allow him to send to court Gotovina and Markač for the same acts ICTY tried them.
