Who really cares? The Serbs are the biggest economic block in that region anyway. The EU wants them in more than Serbia needs in. Plus, the EU only knows how to deal with cheap hypocrites (Croatia, Albania, etc, ect) and not strong willed people like the Serbs.

Next time before posting or opening your mouth ask someone that knows one or two things about rule of law – it saves you from looking very stupid and in this instance.

Germany is again deciding the fate of everyone in Europe? Has the world forgotten what happened last time Germany was in charge?

Same old story. Serbia doesn't even want to fully honor agreements, tries to interpret them in its own way, or even change it to its own benefit afterwards, and expects to be rewarded for its behavior. The political elite, the people which run your country, need a realty check, they live in a different world. Serbia is not ready, and I seriously doubt will ever be ready for as long as this current regime runs it, to join the EU. The reactions to the release of the Croatian generals shows that they do not even understand the basic democratic principal of law, and how court cases are decided.
It all goes back to the way Serbia, well it's politicians, handle the recent Serbian history, and do not want to face the facts about its bloody past. Denial is the driving force behind them, and than blaming others... Serbia didn't do itself a favor when they elected this government which will only make matters worse.
