Serbia backs UNGA president's debate initiative

God help us, now that the Gotovina verdict is out of the way, he's back to issuing daily PR statements...

Cvetkovic may have been a somewhat inept Prime Minister above all lacking authority, but I miss the days when the Prime Minister was a silent operator, rather than a shameless self promoter.

If a future EU condition was arresting every single solider who fought for Serbia's freedom & independence in the 90s and sent to the Hague, the Serbian Government would have to schedule a meeting of the to debate it.

The people of Serbia need to and many already have realized that giving up Kosovo i Metohija will not even improve the lives of any Serb and only ruin the lives of the Serbs in southern occupied Kosovo i Metohija who live in ethic ghettos reminiscent of Poland & Hungary circa 1938.

And contrary to what the hyenas on here want you to believe...the visits from Merkel, Clinton, Biden, Ashton..the conditions, threats, provocations, carrots and the like only prove one thing-that Serbia's opinion regarding the future of Kosovo i Metohija matters MOST!! In fact, I would say that the very reason the hyenas come on here so often is because most of them know this fact better than most Serbs do.

Nothing is written in cement, it never is in the Balkans anyway. But the only thing that can defeat Serbs is disunity and the continued emergence of fifth columnists in Serbian society and political life.

While Dadic keeps hoping there is new numbers on Kosova's side. Four new recognitions and more are coming. You had the chance and you missed a long time ago. Now the only way you could try to get kosova is by force but since Albania now a NATO member I doubt it will happen.

Beginning to like the idea of a Dayton type agreement Kosovo and Serbia would be one country with equal rights and leadership shared. Serbia could not enter into any international agreements without approval from Kosovo. The name would have to change to either Serbia-Kosovo or similar or revert back to a Yugoslavian name. The entities would function individually on the local level with each collecting taxes and having their own govt and then a federal govt comprised of both Belgrade and Pristina representatives having veto power over any decisions.
Don't think it will really happen but could be interesting.

I keep telling these Albanian fools that Albania being in NATO doesn't get a licence to attack anyone. Being part of NATO means towing the line, going into battle when they tell you to against who they tell you to. It doesn't mean you get to tell NATO who to attack.
This is so simple and they still don't get it.
They don't get that they cannot threaten anyone with someone else's might.

I do agree that Dayton is not a good idea.
