LOL! What, not influenced by evidence but by politics, lobbying or something else? That coming from the former chief prosecutor? Well, that puts the whole "court" in disrepute and every single verdict should be challenged.

Reacting to her interview on Tuesday, Gotovina's defense lawyer Luka Mištić announced that he would "report the former chief prosecutor to the Swiss Bar Association". According to the lawyer, this complaint against her would be based on "ethical grounds".

Imagine a mass murderer's lawyer accusing someone else of an ethical violation. The world is completely upside down.

Carla is an honorable woman who speaks the truth and had the unfortunate job of trying to prosecute killers from all sides of the Balkan conflict so obviously all sides are gonna criticize her at any point in time but she is beginning to realize that justice for Serbs is not attainable in a kangaroo court which is more a political entity than one dedicated to strictly justice..As far as Croatia is concerned it has been a fascist society for many years and will continue to be so as long as people like Lenard keep on worshipping at the grave of Pavelic and Tudjman.

Of course her conscience has come back to haunt her as she allowed crimes to go unpunished due to political pressure. She has admitted it herself. So if that is the case, then she knows that the court makes political decisions, which she has just confirmed once again.

So we can assume that every single verdict is unsafe as it is not necessarily based on law. You see, she was forced to drop investigations against NATO and organ traffickers. So the "court" is not independent and it has been exposed for what it is. A kangaroo court and a very expensive one at that.

The Serbs know what that so called Court is all about,they complain about it,so can someone tell me why the Hell Serb Governments continue to co-operate with it?they still hand over Military personnel who fought against the Fascists and Nato gangsters,it would have been like the British handing Montgomery over to Hitler.

So, if she's denouncing the ruling now and fears that the Kosovo Albanian war criminals could get away as well, she has a 100 times more credibility than people who cry 'foul', and at the some minutes later, praising Mladic and Karadzic as heroes.

What she did was arrest Generals Gotovina and Markac imprison them unjustly for 7 years with absolutely no evidence because someone from Croatia had to fall so serbia would not be the only ones blamed for the invasion and atrocities. If she did her job, how can she wonder at this point who else could it have been. If she did her job, the evidence would be so strong that it could not be misinterpreted. The fact is there was no evidence or credible witness testimony that there was indiscriminate shelling of civilian targets, the shelling was in fact accurate by all standards and hit their military targets.

Milosevic and his gang were responsible for all the atrocities that occurred in the attacks on Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, and Kosovo, and that includes the evacuation of Croatians of serb decent from Croatia. I wouldn't doubt if he profited somehow by taking in these self made refugees. These people believed in Milosevic and his promises of a greater serbia, they are truly serbians now, they are serbia's to take care of. This is the choice they made based on what they were promised, not what any Croatian did to them. After all serbia took control of the Yugo military and all its weapons so why would they fear unarmed Croats. Operation Oluja was a brilliant operation and now it can go back in to the record and history books as such.

Do you not think that her response mirrors that of every prosecutor in the world that has a case they tried and won to be reversed? I do not share the sentiment that it shows any moral fiber at all. Typically, prosecutors are in for the win under the guise of justice, and not really the justice itself.

But, yeah, I had no clue until my Malaysian friend told that to me. So far I thought that the Malaysians who provide secret info to me and you were only knowledgable about financial, economic and political affairs. So I was suprised when my Malaysian friend turned out to also know a lot of secret stuff in legal affairs that the masses are not aware of.
