“Is it possible in modern Europe for someone to expel 200,000 and kill several thousands of civilians and not be held responsible? It seemed to me that it was not possible but now I see that it is,” the prime minister added.

-- Of course it is; after all you did in Kosova not only you are not being held responsible, you and your twin are prime minister and president. You have dont have the right to complain.

Two steps back for the international justice. Who will convinced now Serbs from Serbia, Republic of Srpska and Montenegro that there are any justice for the Serbs? I believe that new government will use this situation for making a new political climate, for the unification of all political parties in the most important national topics and for making a long term strategy of the country.

All those you mention are free becaouse they protected their doorstep, we never came to Serbia to attack you.

And Serbia did not come to your house and attack you either. It was the Serbs who lived in Croatia and Bosnia that fought.
Now all three sides had help from volunteers. That's a different matter.

I am not a Serb, but maybe it is worth reflecting on the way Yugoslavia was partitioned.
If it had been partitioned according to the wishes of the people on the ground, then Serbia perhaps would stretch from the Bulgarian border all the way across to Benkovac. This would follow confessional lines.
Of course, Serbia would have lost most of Kosovo, which as everyone has seen, and continues to see, Serbia can never accept.
Ahh...if only that apparatchik Milosevic had never got his grubby hands on the just and fair "Yugoslav" term...he really played out the people, above all the Serbs and their "ethnic loss" of Kosovo trauma.

the state of Croatia legally has no right to the "justice" it's former military officials have been served; a state that is legally still at war with the united states (no official peace aggreement has been signed by the two gov. since Croatia legally declared war on the U.S. during ww2)

If you read the dissenting judges' opinions on the verdict you will really understand just how ridiculous the ruling is and also illegal.

They found one error of opinion (not error of law) and based the whole acquittal on this without looking to all the original evidence proving the attacks on Serbs were unlawful. They also did not even use another measure apart from the original 200 meter standard, but simply to dismiss this was enough.

The ruling is disgusting and unfair to every Serbian who lost their home or family. Then to invite these two criminals to the football match against Serbia in March is another slap in the face of these all time fascists.

Judgement from the Hague: 2 judges completely disagreed with this illogical ruling.

The verdict is final...NOT GUILTY - get over it ! I can guarantee that Seselj & Hadzic will be found guilty. What occured at ' Manjaca ' makes the SS look soft. The Serbs may bury the bodies but they will never bury their crimes.

Dacic saying that Serbia will reduce cooperation with the Hague tribunural to a technical lever. I don't think Hague cares, not after we handed over Mladic, Seselj and other serbian heroes. It was a tactical move. Ask for Gotovina etc and the serbs will think that Hague is fair and balanced. Now that Serbia handed over many of its own, the Hague is releasing all not serbs. The Hague has kept Seselj for years and he is not guilty of anything. They have no proof agains him yet he is in prison, probably for life, while croat, muslim and albanian warcriminals are set free. How can any normal serb want to join the Eu after this?

What would the Jews do if the Germans acquitted their own Nazis?

I think we all know the answer to this question.

Serbia should so the same.

Did Serbia's acquittal in the Genocide case from Bosnia led to that?

This whole crying from Serbia just proves one thing: That only favorable ruling will be accepted, while everything else can only be an Anti-Serbian world conspiracy. Somebody should start telling this people that reconciliation means that everybody is guilty. It means to evaluate it's own guilt first without any finger pointing, denial or white washing. Everything else you can flush the toilet.

"How can somebody ask us to condemn all crimes and others are allowed not to condemn crimes against the Serbian people?"

Ivica apparently does not understand a simple concept that you condemn crimes for your own good, not to please others or in exchange of being pleased by others.

I am glad you are labeling your PM as an IDIOT, but I will say that he is a smart man and knows where the red line is, when it comes to Kosova. Despite the fact that; at one time little Sloba wanted to exterminate K-Albos. I am glad he has been rehabilitated.

And again shows Scic that he is not understanding what goes on. "International community" has nothing to do with the decision of US/Polish, Turkish and Jamaician judges. A special group of countries with support of Vatican/EU-/Nato cirles have done this.

Frankly, Dacic, you're an idiot. This is the same fake 'court' which released Naser Oric, who bragged about mutilating Serbs to western reporters and even showed video footage of his war crimes them. This political kangaroo court was created by the same NATO war criminals who supported and still support neo-fascist Croatia, who illegaly bombed Serbia for 78 days, who bombed markets (cluster bombs in civilian areas), power plants, cigarette factories, trains...and other 'military targets', poisoned Serbia's soil with depleted uranium, is attempting to illegaly steal 15% of sovereign Serbian soil, who recognize the fake/illegal/immoral 'state' of Kosovo, but refuse to recognize Republika Srpska..these same people support the US/German sponsored genocide which was Operation Storm. The list of their anti-Serb policies and behaviour is endless! You clearly have to be deaf, dumb, and blind not to know this Dacic.
I read a story in the Economist magazine about Dacic clinking glasses with EU bosses(the Fourth Reich)in celebration of Ratko Mladic's capture and sending him to the gallows. That says it all.
Dacic, you're a complete fraud and a traitor, just like most of the political establishment in Belgrade.

Who knows? Maybe Mladic and Karadcic will be released as well, and then it will be a common standard that, in Europe, war criminals can easily get away with their crimes without being punished.

I feel for all the Serbian people suffering today with the knowledge of this heinous verdict, particularly those still living in Croatia having to suffer the celebrations.

I still find it incredible that a nation like Croatia has escaped any condemnation for the atrocities committed against the Serbian people not just in this war but in WW1 and WW2 and not to mention their crimes against the Roma and the Jews of the Balkans. And that the Serbian victims of these crimes have persistently been denied justice.

This verdict is a crime.

This is a step back, the the acquittal of gotovina will be used by some to put into question the verdicts of Serbian war criminals. How can Serbia come to terms with its war crimes if the other parties are not held responsible?!
