I figure that's Vetevendosje's job, not mine. Nobody pays any attention to what I say, in any case, and I promise I won't start overturning trucks to change that.

Now that "international supervision" of Kosovo's independence has ended, EULEX's presence in Kosovo is governed by agreement with the government of Kosovo and is scheduled to end in June 2014. Considering how rapidly these agreements are being implemented, EULEX may no longer be present to have any kind of role at the crossings, no matter how you define "executive."

Mate, why are you so cruel?... Serbia is just trying to save the face by calling it "excecutive" or whatever; it is not looking for any real thing, just a label - give to Serbs the labeling pleasure, at least, and say that calling it "exceutive" is very bad for the Albanians, it means that Kosovo is Serbia, etc, etc. and that will instantly convince Serbs that they got what they wanted. You see, all Albanians need to do to convince Serbs do something is by opposing that thing :)

Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dačić has requested EULEX to have an executive role in the implementation of agreements between Belgrade and Priština."

Has Dacic also asked that UN is controlling how fast the trees are growing in Serbia?

Dačić stressed that Serbia believed that it was necessary to prevent any unilateral moves that could destabilize the situation in Kosovo, reads the Serbian government’s release.

It sounds like PM Ivica has been told something and he knows, if he does not shape up, he has to ship out. Otherwise, another oluja is coming towards northern Mitro. That is why, he is pleading with Xavier de MARNAC.
