“It would be a precedent if Kosovo got the international code. Our team is offering a compromise, that they get the number 3815, that would include both Serbia’s country code and have something unique for Kosovo. We are also interested in our property and telecommunications infrastructure in Kosovo and the work of our carriers,” he explained.
Fair enough for these albanians who only know how to take.

Belgrade “has nothing to lose” in talks with Priština BECAUSE it already lost everything. Politicians in Serbia are good jokers.

Today Serbian Gendarmarie patrol Kosovo. Ask Thaci, ooh tears of joy.

Kosovo was just recognized today by yet another country. That's 2 new recognitions in one week.

If that's what you mean by 'going around in circles' then you're right!
We'll play this game and you play yours. We'l see who comes out ahead.

What recognition? I didn't hear any. Maybe it was something reported from a few weeks ago? No matter. Thaci just caved to international pressure to offer northern Kosovo autonomy. But don't worry, it's no big loss since it wasn't his to begin with anyway and our all along.

This is a Bosnian and apparently betrayed his nation,it seems to be more Serb than Serbs like Vuk Jeremic. I would ask: are all Bosnians as these two.

"Its diplomatic talk for keep these Albanians going around in circles and lead to no end or conclusion LOL. Boy these guys must be a tad thick that even after 13 years they are getting nowhere and still they think they are ahead of the game LOL. I’d hate to be the west when these guys finally wake up.
That’s right Rasim just keep on talking that leads to nowhere.

So serbia is just looking with influence with Kosovo Serbs? That is not opposing independence. It is totally ahtisaaris independence plan. What is any government person doing to reestablish control by Belgrade over any part of Kosovo which is in the Kosovo constitution.

For all of Serbia's faults, forums like these multi ethnic debates are still unusual for most of the world. Don't look to far just look at the disputed territory of KiM and albania. Their residents lack such open forums that many come here to express their opinions. In the final analysis Serbia can't be that bad.

This quisling is right! Serbia has nothing to lose from talks, it has lost Kosova already
And from talks it can only gain more privileges for Serbs and in a way curtail and control
It's independence, Albanians should never have talks with Serbs unless they guarantee
A seat at UN, compensation from Serbia for war damages, return of all missing Albanians

Here we go again, with some ignorant individuals posting ridiculous comments. You misinterpret everything to your liking. Read carefully before projecting ethnic hatred. Serbia has nothing to lose because it doesn't accept Kosovo's UDI. The ultimate end will be a compromise or stalemate, and nothing more. Imagine Kosovo being a "country" but accepted by only half the world. What the heck is that other than a half truth.

Ok, Pristina can get let the dialogue fail and Serbia looses out on EU talks. The only thing Belgrade has to gain is Northern Kosovo and talks aren't needed for that. I think you'll find it is Belgrade that will be making the 'painful compromises'.

If Belgrade has nothing to lose, this implies that Kosovo is lost. Strange logic this. If Serbia really means what is saying officialy, it should not talk with a gouvernement of a "nonexistent" country. Those talkings and agreements between Prishtina and Belgrade, in my opinion, are recognising "de facto" the indipendence

Considering that Serbia has lost Kosovo and has no influence there what so ever then the case is that you can only profit not lose something you dont have. I just hope that the albanian side dont make any concessions that shouldnt be made.
